Ours is a love marriage. We share similar interests, i.e., writing good stories, reading books, and traveling the world together. While we strive hard to earn as much as required to nurture our relationship as husband and wife, we also dream of exploring the world together. Married in January 2020, just before COVID hit, we waited two long years to visit our dream destination, Bali. Yes, it was our honeymoon, and guess what? We traveled to Bali with VietJet. It was in 2022 that our Bali trip taught us we could be future travel content creators and influencers. We decided to shoot some beautiful videos and pictures, make some Instagram Reels, and upload them. Whoa... Some of them went viral and got more than 14,000 views. We received 300+ inquiries about our Bali trip. People went mad looking at our self-planned itinerary, and they happily traveled to Bali using our ideas. But now comes the twist: we are now a family of three in 2023, which meant a two-year-long break from future trips. Now that we are ready to fly again, we need some support from VietJet, and we promise we will try to bring more fame to Vietnam by sharing its attractions, culture, and beauty through our lens. As I sit down to write this essay, I am filled with a mix of emotions - excitement, nostalgia, and gratitude. My husband and I have always been passionate about traveling, exploring new cultures, and experiencing the beauty of the world together. We're also passionate filmmakers, always on the lookout for new stories to tell and new beauty to capture. We find joy in the simplest things - a sunrise over a bustling city, a quiet moment in a tranquil garden, or a warm smile from a stranger. However, our financial situation has often made it challenging for us to embark on the adventures we've always dreamed of. But we've never let that stop us. We've learned to save, to prioritize, and to make sacrifices for the things that truly matter to us - and travel is one of them. That's why winning a trip to Vietnam through Vietjet Air would be a dream come true for us. It would be a gift, not just to me, but to my husband, who has always been the rock that holds our family together. He's the one who works tirelessly to provide for us, who takes on the bulk of the responsibilities, and who always puts others before himself. He's the reason why I get to pursue my passions, why I get to travel, and why I get to experience the world in all its beauty. Vietnam, in particular, has always held a special place in our hearts. My asian heritage always makes me discover other asian cultures. It’s always been in my bucket list. We've seen pictures of its breathtaking landscapes, its vibrant cities, and its mouth-watering cuisine. And we've always dreamed of experiencing it all for. We'll explore the ancient city of Hoi An, with its colorful temples, bustling markets, and delicious street food. We'll visit the stunning Ha Long Bay, with its emerald waters, limestone karsts, and picturesque villages. We'll experience the vibrant city life of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with their rich history, cultural landmarks, and modern attractions. As filmmakers, we're always on the lookout for new stories to tell and new beauty to capture. We'll bring our cameras and our curiosity, eager to capture the beauty of Vietnam and its people. We'll tell the stories of the locals we meet, of the food we eat, and of the landscapes we explore. And we'll share our experiences with the world, inspiring others to explore this beautiful country. But Vietnam is more than just a destination - it's an experience. It's a chance to immerse ourselves in a new culture, to learn about its history and traditions, and to connect with its people. It's a chance to try new foods, to drink new drinks, and to experience new things. And it's a chance to create new memories, to strengthen our bond, and to reignite our sense of wonder and adventure. Vietnam, a land of rich history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking landscapes, has always captured my imagination. The more I learn about this beautiful country, the deeper my fascination grows. From the bustling streets of Hanoi to the peaceful rice terraces in Sapa, every corner of Vietnam seems to offer a story waiting to be told. What draws me most is the deep-rooted culture that blends ancient traditions with modernity. The spiritual influence of Buddhism, the colorful festivals,and the unique customs of ethnic communities reflect a country proud of its heritage. I am particularly intrigued by Vietnam’s art, from the intricate lacquer paintings to the soulful tunes of traditional music like *ca trù*. The food is another irresistible part of the culture – the fresh ingredients, the balance of flavors, and the sheer diversity of dishes such as *pho*, *banh mi*, and *bun cha* speak to Vietnam's rich culinary heritage. I am eager to taste the food as it’s meant to be enjoyed, right there in Vietnam, surrounded by the energy of the local markets. For me, visiting Vietnam is not just a travel goal but a dream. I long to walk through the historical sites, from the ancient town of Hoi An to the majestic limestone islands of Ha Long Bay. I want to immerse myself in the day-to-day life of the people, learning more about their stories, traditions, and way of life. It’s more than sightseeing – it's about truly understanding and experiencing the beauty of Vietnamese culture. Exploring Vietnam would be a journey of the heart, one where I connect with the past, present, and future of a nation that has long captivated my soul.
