I have a deep admiration for Vietnamese cuisine and culture. The way food is prepared in Vietnam is truly captivating, from iconic dishes like bún chả and phở to beverages such as rice wine and Hanoi beer. My passion for Vietnamese food has been further fueled by watching creators like Sonny Side from Best Ever Food Review Show and Passenger Paramvir, who provide engaging insights into the vibrant food scene. Their content vividly showcases not only the diverse cuisine but also the warmth and hospitality of the Vietnamese people, making each meal a acultural experience. Beyond the food, Vietnam’s culture, with its bustling street markets, lively traditions, and scenic landscapes, holds an irresistible allure. These elements combine to create a vivid picture of a country that seamlessly blends history with modernity. Inspired by these stories and experiences, I’m eager to explore Vietnam firsthand to savor its flavors, immerse myself in its culture, and experience the charm that makes it a truly extraordinary destination. My exciting world of travels started at age 21. I had won a ticket for a dance contest with my then-partner to Lusaka, but sadly we broke up subsequently. However I decided to use the ticket to Zambia to beat the depression. That was the best decision and my heartbreak in effect opened a lifetime of loving to travel the world, experience cultures and cuisines. At 55 my wanderlust is still intact and I plan at least 2 trips overseas yearly when and as I can afford to Each of my 10 nieces and nephews is also given the opportunity to explore 1 country with me, once in a lifetime trip with Aunty, as I call it, a legacy I leave them, having no kids myself. Last year ethan and estelle chose Vietnam and we flew your airline It was a beautiful experience to explore this beautiful with them. And being foodies, we tried everything but always ended with a bahn me at night. HoiAn is my most favourite place on earth.. Beautiful mystical and magical.. I hope to visit soon with my nieces and nephews who weren't there as I could only afford 2 per trip
