I am a bird lover and so called Ornithophilist. I used to explore different kinds of birds and visit birds park often. Also, I wanted to go to animal safari throughout the world and wanted to admire the animals and birds that can be seen in the forest. I used to collect information related to flora and fauna. Ofcourse I am a vivid traveler too. I love Nature and creatures, would love to save the environment. Particularly participated in many eco-clubs conducted from my school to postgraduate.
The photos that are uploaded here, where I started my journey as an Ornithophilist to explore bird parks and birds. This is the place called thanjavur, which can be called as food bowl of Tamilnadu, where I explored lots of varieties of birds and small animals like guinea pig, porcupine, hedgehog, some dog varieties, many unknown creatures for me, but my camera focused mainly on birds. I fed them some grains and done some talking with them, oh yeah if you would like to explore the same place it's called rajali birds park opposite to the famous big temple and behind the thanjavur museum. The museum is on the other hand has epicted with numerous cultures followed in thanjavur. This place you can see lot of peacocks around the area.
Loving nature and birds can also evoke a sense of responsibility, inspiring conservation efforts, habitat protection, and sustainable living practices to preserve the natural world for future generations. Keep a bowl of water at the outside of our home, makes them feel safe and helps thirst. If you can't help do not hurt them.
Birds play main role in protecting the environment and eco chain balance. We heard about food chain and food web depicted in a pyramid diagram in our school books. If any of the chain breaks the whole ecosystem will be on threat and danger. Now many birds were became extinct and some are becoming extinct due to environmental changes and development of technology.
Loving nature and birds is about appreciating the beauty and complexity of the natural world and the life it sustains. Nature offers a peaceful and rejuvenating environment, filled with diverse landscapes, plants, and wildlife that inspire awe and reflection. For those who love nature, it often means respecting and protecting ecosystems, enjoying time outdoors, and feeling connected to our mother Earth.
Birds, in particular, symbolize freedom, grace, and the harmony of nature. Their songs, migrations, and diverse behaviors captivate many, representing the cycles of life and the balance of the environment. Birdwatching or simply observing birds can foster a deep appreciation for biodiversity and the subtle interactions that sustain life. By caring for birds and their habitats, we help maintain ecosystems that support all life, including humans.
Birds are often used as an symbol of love and peace, they have been sent as an messenger by ancient kings to their queens, the bird pigeons are sent as a messenger to stop the war.
