Coffee and Bánh Mì - name a better combination, I'll wait. I absolutely love Vietnamese food and as a vegan, it's at the top of my list for cuisines to explore. I'm also obsessed with coffee and Vietnam's robusta coffee makes me feel alive. I can't wait to visit Da Lat, it sounds like an ideal place for a digital nomad, vegan, coffee-lover like me. When I researched some more, I learned that veganism in Vietnam is not a new trend. Buddhism, a predominant religion, encourages vegetarian and vegan eating during certain times of the year. This spiritual dimension adds depth to the experience. Visiting pagodas and participating in mindful eating rituals would allow me to explore my values from a different cultural perspective, enriching my personal journey. Sa Pa, Da Lat, Phu Quoc, and Hanoi are at the top of my list and I can't wait!

Imagine the sun rising over terraced rice fields, the chaotic energy of motorbike-filled streets, or the serenity of a fishing boat on misty waters. These cinematic moments transcend language, inviting global audiences to connect with Vietnam’s essence. For a food writer, every market stall or street vendor is a chance to savor history and innovation, while for a content writer, the nation’s stories are endless—from the craft of an ao dai to the lives shaped by the waters of the Mekong. Undoubtedly, Vietnam is a storyteller’s dream. Its landscapes inspire awe, its flavors evoke emotion, and its traditions command respect. My journey would be one of immersion—learning from local communities, savoring authentic cuisine, and capturing the raw beauty of its surroundings. Through my work, I aim to present Vietnam not just as a destination but as an experience that resonates deeply with the soul. By granting me the opportunity to explore Vietnam, you would entrust me with the privilege of sharing its beauty with the world. Working as a primary school teacher in a small town I have lots of interest in travelling and knowing about culture of different states of India.Being a primary school teacher I always tell my students about my tours and travel stories. I have travelled Himachal and Uttrakhand on my bike and many other states of India by public transports and personal vehicle. I am fond of travelling since childhood but could not get chance to visit that time so I always inspire my students to travel and know about different state's Culture; Food ; Weather etc. So if I get a chance to visit Vietnam it will also help my students to know about different cultures of different country. Hanoi is where old and new Vietnam come together. Traces of the imperial past float like ghosts in a city surging skywards hawkers drift through the narrow lanes of the Old Quarter selling snacks from traditional yoke baskets, while the surrounding buildings are lit up with advertising displays and strip lights. There’s no better souvenir to bring home from Vietnam than being able to prepare your own Vietnamese feast. Indeed, Vietnamese food arguably has a bigger dinner-party cachet than more familiar Thai cuisine. Beauty is everywhere in Vietnam. The country is blessed with mountains, forests, jungles, beaches, islands, and national parks, but even the cities are beautiful in their own way. I would love to see tropical flowers growing out of ancient buildings, peaceful lakes facing intricate pagodas. I would love to Visit SAPA and HO CHI MINH CITY for its Culture; Crafts ; Food. All in all Vietnam is a beautiful country with timeless culture, fabulous food, blissful beaches, changing cities, and wonderful scenery.
