I visited Vietnam Hanoi for my medical conference,during my visit to LAKE ,I met a School Girl who guided through culture of Vietnam ,it's socio-Family traditions .She also advise us to visit Vietnamese New year celebration during early months of year. Since then I was constant in touch with LINH ,her name. And my dream came true when in 2024 early months ,Once again had opputunity to visit Hanoi during their New year Full of Cultural rich celebration.I met LINH ,now a beautiful girl and their family and her fiancee during celebration at her home . I enjoyed their traditional guest welcoming Vietnamese tradition and food ,I liked KHIMCHI the most.They all were in traditional attire .I was told about the Vietnamese history ,culture traditions and tough time during a long path of war .But leaving all suffering in Backyard looking forward of peace , togetherness and enjoying their rich culture for Brotherhood with all nations and Humanity in general.I wonder how meeting a School girl ,helped me enjoy Vietnamese culture with pride simplicity and glory. Travelling is not my passion but also my hobby.When we work hard and work all work all our life very tired then our mind becomes to travel in life.Our aim is to visit new countries, new places and exploring the culture together. We wants to miss the Dreams take flight(Exploring the Vietnamese)will get free return ticket to travel India to Vietnam golden chance to been haven.I heard about the one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited in Vietnam is Ha Long Bay.Located in the north east of Vietnam.Ha Long Bay is famous for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped with rainforests.The most enchanting aspect of Ha Long Bay its other wordly beauty. To explore Vietnam's culture, visit its cultural heritage sites.These sites reflect the rich past and vibrant traditions of the country. Vietnam has regional diversity. Vietnamese culture has an optimistic attitude. People try to improve the lives of themselves and their families despite facing difficulties.Vietnam cuisine uses a variety of noodles and noodles soups,spiring rolls,rice,Say sauce, fish sauce,mint & basil. Confucianism is strongly influenced Vietnam culture. Philosophy that emphasizes morality, duty & the Da Nang museum can also be visited. Buddhism is the largest religion, but Taoism,Confucianism.Popular art forms and woodblock prints. Dancs is an important part of Vietnamese culture and is often performed for ceremonies and traditions. Many popular islands,such ad Phu Quoc,Hon tre,Cat Ba Island and there are many lakesin Vietnam. For example Hoan Kiem lake,Tuyen lam lake,Lake thac ba,Xuan Huong babe lake,Thang Hen lake. Vietnam is a attractive Beaches area and it's my dream to see those amazing views. It is also world famous for. Vietnam is a beautiful place and it's been a long time.I didn't visited a place which is close to nature. Fansipan snow refers to the snow covered landscapes surrounding Fansipan mountain is Vietnam during the winter season. I would love to go on the trip of a lifetime to Vietnam because Vietnam is a nice and friendly country.One who respects and treats foreign tourist very well in his country.I want to visit Vietnam not only to see it's art and exploring the culture also want to see the beautiful historical cities there and meet the people there.By becoming the messenger of our Indian Country.We have to spread the message of love,friendship and peace.

My first encounter with Vietnamese cuisine happened on a rainy afternoon in Mumbai when I stumbled into a small Vietnamese eatery. As I took my first sip of pho, the warm broth enveloped me like a comforting hug. The fragrant aroma of star anise and fresh herbs ignited a passion within me. Each spoonful felt like a connection to a culture I yearned to explore. A Love Affair with Vietnamese Cuisine Vietnamese cuisine, with its perfect harmony of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy, reflects the country’s vibrant culture. I learned about the significance of fresh herbs and the emphasis on communal meals. I devoured articles and watched documentaries about the regional diversity of Vietnamese food, from the delicate flavors of northern dishes like bún chả to the bold, spicy offerings of the central region. As I imagined traveling through Vietnam, I envisioned wandering through bustling markets, sampling street food, and sitting with families in their homes, learning the secrets of their beloved recipes. I longed to experience the art of making bánh mì, the crispy baguette filled with savory meats and pickled vegetables, and to try cà phê sữa đá, the iconic Vietnamese iced coffee. The Richness of Vietnamese Culture Beyond food, my fascination with Vietnam extends to its rich cultural heritage. A country with thousands of years of history, Vietnam has weathered dynasties and wars, yet its spirit remains unbroken. The resilience of the Vietnamese people inspires me; they celebrate their heritage while embracing the modern world. I am particularly drawn to the concept of family in Vietnam. The importance of family ties, respect for elders, and communal living resonate deeply with my own values. I envision sharing meals with Vietnamese families, understanding the significance of food in fostering connections. A New Chapter Waiting to Be Written The "Love Connection – Dream Take Flight" program presents a unique opportunity to turn my dreams into reality. If chosen to participate, I would document my journey to showcase the beauty of Vietnamese culture and cuisine. I want to share the stories of the people I meet and create content that highlights the cultural connections between India and Vietnam. I may not have experienced Vietnam firsthand, but the connection I feel runs deep. This program is not just an opportunity; it is the key to unlocking a world I have longed to discover.
